DELIVERY

The delivery time is guaranteed however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, could take up to a maximum of 2 hours beyond the requested time.

The delivery address, date and time is on the invoice. When the cakes have more than 2 tiers, we should set at the venue at least 4 hours before.

• The Client must disclose any adverse road hazards and/or obstacles that may hamper the delivery and quality of finished products. In the case of an unavoidable occurrence, such as an act of god, a car accident, poor road conditions, or dropping of cake during delivery 

• Better Cakes Miami cannot be held liable for more than the price of the cake described in this order.

• If you entered the wrong delivery address or forgot to include the apartment/house number, the customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information. The product will be returned to our kitchen and if the product is eligible to re-delivery, we will set it with the right address and time available with a third party delivery and the customer is responsible for the expenses.

• If the client or client representative is not available to receive the delivery. A redelivery fee will be required at the time of receipt of goods and services.
